New Years Eve Dinner

Celebrate New Year's Eve in style at the festive Wilbur Mansion!

Join other RACM residents as we sip cocktails on the glass-enclosed porch and savor butlered hors d'oeuvres (Smoked Salmon Roulade, Goat Cheese and Fig Pastry Cups, Classic Spanakopita, Veal and Pork Meatballs in Polynesian Sweet Sauce, and Short Rib wrapped in Bacon) during a cocktail hour. A Wilbur Signature Plated Dinner with a choice of entrée (Braised Short Rib with Red Wine Demi-Glace, Chicken Roulade stuffed with Spinach and Boursin cheese, Grilled Filet Mignon (6oz), Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc, Roast Pork Loin with Apple Chutney, and Seasonal Vegetable Risotto) will be served along with a seasonal salad, fingerling potatoes, and haricots verts in the Banquet Room. Dinner is capped off with a house-made dessert. Coffee, tea, soft drinks are included. Cash bar available for alcoholic beverages. Ample free parking on site.
